| According to the USDA regulations, pets must
have adequate room to sit
up, turn around and lay down in their natural position. When estimating
the size of the kennel needed for your pet, please add 6 inches to the
length and height of your pet. The above breed examples are for
reference only, the
size of your pet may not fall under the average breed size. If prior to
transport, the driver determines that a larger kennel size is required
to accommodate your pet, you will be charged for the upgrade to a
larger kennel and that charge must be collected prior to transport. The above rates are for reference only, and are subject to change at any time. For all transports over 1000 miles, and for travel through areas requiring tolls to be paid and/or regularly have major time delaying traffic congestion, additional charges may apply. An itemized invoice with the final price, which will include charges for special needs and will reflect the trip length and specific size of your pet, will be emailed or mailed to you for your approval prior to reserving transport. No reservation is finalized or scheduled until full payment is received.You may also send us an email inquiry at info@expresspettransport.com, or print and fax the transport contract to (979) -774-4020. Once we have received a reservation, contract or inquiry from you, a PayPal (http://www.paypal.com) invoice will be sent to you via email detailing all rates and charges. Please be aware that there is a $25 processing fee for using PayPal. Please contact us by email or at (979) 219-3686 to complete the agreement and discuss any special needs of your pet. Once payment is received, the transport will be scheduled and you will be informed of tentative pickup and delivery dates. It is that easy! |
